The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in industriële automatisering en IT ga je als medior DCS Engineer aan de slag met procesbesturing voor klanten in verschillende sectoren. Met Assen als standplaats vertaal je functionele ontwerpen naar technische oplossingen en configureer je Siemens PCS7-applicaties met CFC en SFC. Je werk loopt van ontwerp en operatorvisualisatie tot testen en inbedrijfstelling bij de klant. Daarbij zorg je dat de besturing aansluit op het proces en begrijpelijk te bedienen is. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je technische keuzes af met klanten en collega-engineers, voer je FAT- en SAT-tests uit en leg je de werking van systemen vast. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende klantprojecten, met een technisch team waarop je kunt terugvallen. Je verdiept je in nieuwe DCS-technieken en deelt je kennis met andere engineers. Via systeemtrainingen, praktijkopstellingen en een persoonlijk opleidingstraject kun je je vakkennis verder uitbouwen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele ontwerpen vertalen naar technische ontwerpen voor procesbesturing - Siemens PCS7-applicaties configureren met CFC en SFC - Operatorvriendelijke visualisaties ontwikkelen - FAT- en SAT-tests uitvoeren om de besturing te verifiëren - DCS-systemen bij klanten in bedrijf stellen - Systeemwerking en technische keuzes documenteren - Nieuwe technieken onderzoeken en kennis delen met collega-engineers Functie-eisen - Technische hbo-opleiding of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring met DCS-systemen; Siemens PCS7 is een grote pre - Basiservaring met ABB 800xA, DeltaV of Honeywell is welkom - Vaardigheid in het maken van operatorvriendelijke visualisaties - Heldere communicatie met klanten en collega's en een goede beheersing van het Nederlands - Bereidheid om je technische kennis te blijven ontwikkelen en te delen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Vast contract en pensioenopbouw; fulltime en parttim.
