Jouw rol als Functioneel beheerder In de rol van Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van onze organisatiebrede applicaties. Je bent primair verantwoordelijk voor de applicatie TOPdesk, maar brengt genoeg kennis en ervaring mee om ook binnen andere applicaties uit de voeten te kunnen. Je gebruikt signalen vanuit de organisatie bij het bedenken en inrichten van optimalisaties. Je streeft naar procesoptimalisatie en bent in staat deze te vertalen naar een generieke inrichting. Verder deel je je kennis graag en geef je de organisatie gevraagd en ongevraagd advies. Als functioneel beheerder ben je de spil tussen onze servicedesk, technische beheerders, leveranciers en eindgebruikers en neem je deel aan projecten die onze applicaties raken. Ons team heeft je hart nodig Je gaat werken in een zelf organiserend team van functioneel beheerders, bestaande uit ongeveer 14 collega's, dat onderdeel is van de VIGO groep ICT-afdeling. Het team is verdeeld tussen cliënt-gerelateerde en niet-cliënt-gerelateerde applicaties. Je werkt nauw samen met je eigen team, maar ook met andere ICT-teams en afdelingen binnen het VIGO Servicenetwerk...
