Heb je ervaring met het begeleiden van inkooptrajecten van begin tot eind en weet je hoe je interne klanten écht verder helpt? Dan is Brabant Water op zoek naar jou! Dit ga je doen Als Medior Inkoper maak je deel uit van een professioneel inkoopteam van 13 collega's. Je werkt aan inkoopvraagstukken die direct raken aan onze primaire processen rondom de watervoorziening én de ondersteunende diensten. Je wordt breed ingezet en werkt dus niet meer vanuit één vaste discipline. Flexibel meebewegen met de organisatie vinden we belangrijk. Je schakelt zelfstandig met interne stakeholders, vertaalt hun behoefte naar een doelgericht inkoopproces en begeleidt dit van A tot Z: van het scherp krijgen van de vraag tot en met de contractvorming. Daarbij stuur je op planning, kwaliteit en resultaat. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Je begeleidt landelijke, enkelvoudige en meervoudig onderhandse aanbestedingen. - Je adviseert collega's over inkoopprocedures, risico's en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Je ondersteunt bij complexere trajecten samen met collega's uit het inkoopteam. - Je houdt regie over contractbeheer, planningen en kwartaalgesprekken. - Je zorgt dat systemen zoals SAP en Mercell op orde zijn en lost knelpunten in het proces doelgericht op.
