Als Medior Intercedent bij Synsel in Apeldoorn verbind je technisch talent met topwerkgevers. Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen salespipeline, omzet en relaties en maakt daarmee zichtbaar verschil voor kandidaten, klanten en Synsel. Je werkt binnen duidelijke processen en doelen en stemt nauw af met het Recruitmentteam om de beste technische profielen te vinden. In een team dat gericht is op kwaliteit en langdurige relaties ontwikkel je jouw commerciële vaardigheden verder met training en intensieve coaching. Wat ga je doen?- Je matcht technici met topbedrijven en creëert impactvolle carrières op maat. - Je beheert je eigen salespipeline, omzet en relaties en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat. - Je sluit grote deals van €50.000 tot €150.000 per match en ziet het resultaat direct terug in je inkomen. - Je werkt nauw samen met het Recruitmentteam om klanten de beste technische profielen te bieden. - Je volgt trainingen en krijgt intensieve coaching om verder te groeien in sales.

Functie-eisen:- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en aantoonbare ervaring in sales. - Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring. - Je wilt impact maken op het werkgeluk van technische specialisten. - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en gedreven om resultaten te behalen. - Je bent leergierig en proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen succes. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
