Omgevingsdienst Groene Metropool Als inwoner en ondernemer in Gelderland kunt u op ons rekenen. Omgevingsdienst Groene Metropool zorgt voor een duurzame, veilige en gezonde leefomgeving. Dit doen we door taken uit te voeren op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving (VTH). Daarnaast geven wij ook advies aan onze partners, zoals gemeenten en provincies, en delen wij kennis over verschillende belangrijke onderwerpen. Bijvoorbeeld over circulair ondernemen of gevaarlijke stoffen. Werken bij Omgevingsdienst Groene Metropool is samen met onze partners een belangrijk doel nastreven: het creëren en behouden van een veilige, duurzame en gezonde leefomgeving. Daarom zoeken wij mensen met passie en kennis over hun vak en die zich graag inzetten om voor iedereen een fijne omgeving te realiseren om te wonen en werken. Opdracht Voor de afdeling Juridische handhaving en advies zoeken wij een Medior Juridisch Adviseurs Milieu voor de tijdelijke versterking van het team. Het begin van je werkdag start je met een kop koffie (of thee) in ons kantoor. Daarna neem je samen met je collega's de nieuw binnen gekomen zaken door, verdelen jullie het werk en sparren over inhoudelijke vragen. Je duikt je mailbox in en beantwoordt wat mailtjes, om daarna te vertrekken naar een overleg met één van de partners om te adviseren over een juridische kwestie. Weer terug op je plek, beoordeel je risico's, verbeter- en/of knelpunten in lopende zaken. In de middag sluit je aan bij een multidisciplinair project, waarbij je een bijdrage levert vanuit de juridische invalshoek om vervolgens aan h...
