Heb je al ervaring binnen IT en was je betrokken bij de implementatie van een ERP-systeem? Wil je nu doorgroeien naar een functie waarin je zelf projecten mag opvolgen, verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en nauw samenwerkt met verschillende productiesites?

Als Junior Projectmanager ERP & Automatisering krijg je de kans om die volgende stap te zetten. Je komt terecht binnen een groeiende internationale organisatie die volop investeert in digitalisering, automatisering en efficiëntere bedrijfsprocessen.

Je hoeft nog geen doorwinterde projectmanager te zijn. Belangrijker is dat je begrijpt hoe een ERP-implementatie verloopt, gestructureerd werkt en graag mensen en projecten met elkaar verbindt.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je volgt voornamelijk bestaande ERP-, digitaliserings- en automatiseringsprojecten op binnen twee sites.
  • Je bewaakt de afgesproken planning, acties en deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat projecten gestructureerd blijven vooruitgaan.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de medewerkers op de verschillende locaties en houdt regelmatig contact over de voortgang en eventuele knelpunten.
  • Je brengt noden vanuit de gebruikers en operationele teams in kaart en koppelt deze terug naar de betrokken IT- en projectteams.
  • Je organiseert overlegmomenten, volgt actiepunten op en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen over de juiste informatie beschikken.
  • Je ondersteunt bij ERP-implementaties en begeleidt gebruikers bij de invoering van nieuwe systemen en werkmethodes.
  • Je helpt problemen tijdens een implementatie tijdig te signaleren en werkt samen met interne specialisten en externe partners aan oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt meer ervaren projectmanagers en krijgt gaandeweg de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig grotere projectonderdelen op te nemen.
  • Je helpt ervoor zorgen dat nieuwe systemen niet alleen technisch worden uitgerold, maar ook praktisch aansluiten bij de dagelijkse werking van de sites.
  • Je hebt al ervaring binnen een IT-omgeving en begrijpt de basisprincipes van bedrijfsapplicaties en digitale processen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-implementatie, bijvoorbeeld als consultant, key user, business analyst, applicatiespecialist of projectmedewerker.
  • Je wil doorgroeien naar een rol waarin projectcoördinatie en verantwoordelijkheid een steeds groter onderdeel van je functie worden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht over verschillende acties, deadlines en betrokken partijen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en vindt het belangrijk om dicht bij de eindgebruikers en operationele teams te staan.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en probeert te begrijpen waarom processen of systemen niet optimaal functioneren.
  • Je neemt initiatief, volgt afspraken consequent op en durft vragen te stellen wanneer informatie ontbreekt.
  • Ervaring binnen productie, operations of een industriële omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een specifiek diploma is minder belangrijk dan relevante ervaring, leervermogen en motivatie om verder te groeien binnen projectmanagement.
