Werken bij Ra'Quel Medior Recruiter Korte omschrijving Voor onze afdeling Sales en Recruitment in de provincie Zuid-Holland zijn wij op zoek naar een Medior Recruiter. Opdracht In de rol van Medior Recruiter binnen RA'Quel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van een breed scala aan taken binnen het wervingsproces. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de collega's van de afdeling Sales & Recruitment. Met jouw kennis van en ervaring met recruitment- en of inhuurprocessen en jouw scherpe oog voor kwaliteit help je onze klanten bij het vinden van de juiste kandidaat voor hun tijdelijke inhuurbehoeften. Je levert een essentiële bijdrage aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van RA'Quel. Samen bouwen wij aan duurzame relaties en een succesvolle toekomst voor zowel RA'Quel als onze omgeving. In deze rol ga jij je onder meer bezighouden met: - Zelfstandig voeren van intakegesprekken met nieuwe kandidaten en verwerken van de output daarvan in ons systeem (OTYS). - Borgen van de juiste en volledige registratie van kandidaat gegevens in OTYS, waaronder ook matchcriteria en toebedeling aan relevante pool(s). - Zelfstandig benaderen van ons zorgvuldig opgebouwd netwerk van samenwerkingspartners. Leggen van nieuwe contacten met potentiële samenwerkingspartners. - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden van ontvangst uitvraag t/m opvolgen van opdrachtgunning. Zelfstandig uitvoeren matchings- en offerteproces. - Communiceren en afstemmen met Team Ondersteuning. Wie we zoeken: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 3 jaar kennis van en ervaring met recruitment- en of inhuurprocessen van Financials en Project-, Proces- en Kwaliteitsmanagers. - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail. - Een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig goed uit de voeten kan. - Een hands-on mentaliteit die kwaliteit belangrijker vindt dan kwantiteit. - Kennis van en ervaring met OTYS of vergelijkbare recruitmentsoftware is een pluspunt. - Begrip heb...
