Medior/ Senior Systeembeheerder ICT Ben jij de Medior/Senior Systeembeheerder die wij zoeken? Als Medior/Senior Systeembeheerder ben je een belangrijk technisch aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je beheert, beveiligt en optimaliseert verschillende ICT-omgevingen en lost complexe technische problemen op. Daarnaast ondersteun en coach je het supportteam bij uitdagende vraagstukken. Je werkt met technologieën zoals VMware, Windows Server, Cisco en Fortinet. Ook ben je betrokken bij ICT-projecten en denk je mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe oplossingen. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en vertaalt hun wensen naar praktische en betrouwbare IT-oplossingen. - Medior/ Senior Systeembeheerder ICT Techone is een snelgroeiende groep van communicatie-, managed IT- en beveiligingsbedrijven die samen hoogwaardige IT-oplossingen leveren aan het MKB en MKB+ in Nederland. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam en 16 locaties door het hele land bedienen we meer dan 50.000 klanten met ruim 800 gepassioneerde collega's. We delen één missie: organisaties ontzorgen met betrouwbare IT, zodat zij zich volledig kunnen richten op hun eigen bedrijfsvoering. Door intensieve samenwerking en een gedeelde drive voor kwaliteit creëren we de best mogelijke klantbeleving. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Analyseren en oplossen van complexe ICT-storingen die niet door de eerstelijns support kunnen worden opgelost; Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor collega's, klanten en het supportteam; Ondersteunen en coachen van eerstelijns support bij technische vraagstukken; Beheren, optimaliseren en beveiligen van ICT-infrastructuren; Beheren van VMware-, Windows Server- en netwerkomgevingen; Werken met netwerktechnologieën zoals Cisco en Fortinet; Uitvoeren van gebruikersbeheer en implementeren van beveiligingsmaatreg...
