Als medior uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je stuurt onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers aan en bewaakt de voortgang van het bouwproces. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met opdrachtgevers, architecten en andere betrokken partijen. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en duurzaamheid altijd voorop staan en dat iedereen op de bouwplaats weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Je werkt aan gevarieerde projecten in verschillende fases. De ene week ben je bezig met de voorbereiding van een nieuwbouwproject, de andere week los je uitdagingen op bij een complexe renovatie. Deze afwisseling maakt het werk dynamisch en leerzaam. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over de uitvoering en je ideeën worden gewaardeerd. Doordat het bedrijf werkt met innovatieve bouwmethoden en materialen, blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen en leer je continu nieuwe technieken. Jouw taken in het kort: - Coördineren en aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoeringsfase; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en leveranciers; - Oplossen van praktische uitdagingen en technische vraagstukken tijdens de bouw; - Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en nazorg van projecten.

Wat wij bieden: Je ontvangt een marktconform salaris tussen de €4.900 en €6.900 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kwaliteiten. Daarnaast werk je volgens de CAO Bouw en Infra, wat betekent dat je kunt rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en zekerheid. Je krijgt maar liefst 43 vakantiedagen per jaar, waardoor je voldoende tijd hebt om te ont
