Werk tijdens kantoortijden als medisch adviseur. Je beoordeelt medische dossiers en vertaalt complexe situaties naar heldere adviezen. Jouw nieuwe baan Wat doet een medisch adviseur? Als medisch adviseur beoordeel je de medische situatie van mensen die beperkt zijn in hun dagelijks functioneren. Tijdens een spreekuur of huisbezoek onderzoek je wat iemand nog wél kan en vertaal je jouw bevindingen naar een praktisch en goed onderbouwd advies. Op basis daarvan worden besluiten genomen over bijvoorbeeld een rolstoel, woningaanpassing of deelname aan werk. Je analyseert medische dossiers, stelt heldere en juridisch zorgvuldig onderbouwde rapportages op en onderhoudt contact met gemeenten, zorgverzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen. De uiteenlopende hulpvragen zorgen voor veel afwisseling: geen cliënt en geen situatie is hetzelfde. Tussen de afspraken door werk je je adviezen uit en verdiep je je in dossiers. Afhankelijk van je planning werk je op kantoor of ben je op locatie. Je kunt altijd sparren met collega-artsen en wordt ondersteund door een ervaren secretariaat. In deze rol combineer je medische expertise met maatschappelijke impact. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.
