Je ziet patiënten van vrijwel alle poortspecialismen en schakelt snel tussen uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Vanuit jouw regiefunctie behoud je het overzicht, bepaal je prioriteiten en zorg je dat patiënten tijdig de juiste zorg ontvangen. Ook draag je bij aan een krachtig leerklimaat. Je superviseert en begeleidt VS/PA (in opleiding), ANIOS, HAIO's en co-assistenten en speelt daarmee een zichtbare rol in de ontwikkeling van de volgende generatie acute zorgprofessionals. Wij vinden gezond en duurzaam roosteren erg belangrijk. We werken overdag en 's avonds (vooralsnog) zonder nachtdiensten en je werkt gemiddeld één weekend per maand. De lijnen zijn kort, we kennen elkaar goed en je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je wordt onderdeel van een enthousiast team en kunt bouwen op jouw directe collega's: - 4 SEH-artsen en 1 internist acute geneeskunde. - 3 VS/PA SEH, met nog eens 3 collega's in opleiding. - 16 ANIOS SEH, 2 HAIO's en (oudste) coassistenten. Waarom Twente?
