Als Meestergast ben jij de spilfiguur op onze afdeling structuur. Je stuurt een team van zowel vaste als tijdelijke medewerkers aan in een 2-ploegensysteem en zorgt ervoor dat de productie soepel en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Motiveren, begeleiden en evalueren van werknemers. Je ziet hun capaciteiten en zet hen in hun kracht.
  • Opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers in hun takenpakket en het zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Organiseren van het werk: goede samenwerking tussen de werknemers (incl. onderaannemers) stimuleren
  • Meewerken op de vloer: je zal het grootste deel van je rol operationeel mee aan de slag zijn en geeft zo ook het goede voorbeeld inzake protocollen.
  • Een veilige werkplek creëren door het vertalen en het uitvoeren van het veiligheidsbeleid
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving en hier ook opleidingen over geven
  • Vooropgestelde productieplanning uitvoeren
  • Diploma A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en een magazijn/of stockageafdeling
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende
  • Communicatief sterk om kunnen gaan met diverse interne medewerkers met het nodige geduld en begrip
  • Analytische ingesteldheid
  • Technisch inzicht: planlezen
  • Leuk meegenomen: Ervaring leidinggevende grote groep Vlot in Frans/Engels is een plus Affiniteit of ervaring met beton
