Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven meestergast in deweverij om ons team te versterken.

Als meestergast in de weverij ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles in de weverij goed verloopt. Je coördineert en houdt toezicht op het productieproces, zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt werkt, en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de weefsels die we maken. Je werkt hierbij ook nauw samen met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leidinggeven aan en motiveren van een team van getouwkuisers, bevoorraders, wevers en monteurs.
  • Coördineren en superviseren van de dagelijkse activiteiten in de weverij.
  • Zorgen dat het werk efficiënt en productief verloopt.
  • Begeleiden van medewerkers om hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en aangename werkomgeving.
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor het team en eventuele problemen oplossen.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de textielindustrie.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je bent sterk in het oplossen van problemen en goed georganiseerd.
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je weet hoe je een positief teamgevoel creëert en behoudt.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in 2-ploegensysteem.
