Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Veldhoven werk je aan gebouwgebonden automatisering op een hightechcampus met kantoren, productieruimtes en cleanrooms. Als meet- en regeltechnicus combineer je software-engineering met inbedrijfstelling: je ontwikkelt en test regelsoftware, configureert hardware en controleert op locatie of installaties functioneren zoals bedoeld. Je werkt vooral met Saia-PLC’s en draagt bij aan betrouwbare klimaatbeheersing en systeemintegratie in een productieomgeving die dag en nacht operationeel is. Je dagelijkse werk loopt uiteen van commissioning van nieuwe installaties tot het analyseren van storingen en het finetunen van bestaande regelingen. Daarbij schakel je met collega-specialisten, leveranciers en eindgebruikers. Je volgt strikte procedures en maakt inzichtelijk wat een softwarewijziging in de praktijk doet. Binnen het team deel je technische kennis en kun je je via praktijkgerichte trainingen verder ontwikkelen tot kennisdrager van meet- en regelsystemen. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt meet- en regelinstallaties in bedrijf en test en optimaliseert ze na onderhoud en binnen projecten. - Je programmeert, onderhoudt en finetunet PLC-software, voornamelijk voor Saia-systemen. - Je engineert en test regelsoftware en configureert de bijbehorende hardware. - Je verzorgt commissioning van nieuwe installaties en lost technische problemen tijdens de ingebruikname op. - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met leveranciers en stuurt water- en luchtzijdig inregelen aan. - Je onderzoekt storingen met root cause analysis en legt oorzaken en oplossingen vast. - Je realiseert communicatie tussen systemen voor samenhangende klimaatbeheersing en gebouwautomatisering. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4-diploma werktuigbouwkunde en hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. - Je hebt relevante ervaring in de installatietechniek, bijvoorbeeld als inbedrijfsteller of servicetechnicus. - Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met software en goede kennis van Saia-PLC’s en/of Priva. -..
