Vanuit een moderne bedrijfshal van circa 6.000 m² beschikt de organisatie over een uitgebreid computergestuurd machinepark. Functie Wat ga je doen? Als Meetkundige / Meettechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig meten en beoordelen van geproduceerde metalen onderdelen. Je werkt aan zowel enkelstuks als grotere series en hebt daarbij veel contact met collega's binnen de productie en kwaliteit. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Meten en controleren van verspaande metalen onderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen Controleren van maten, toleranties, vormen en oppervlakte-eisen Uitvoeren van eerste product metingen en tussentijdse controles tijdens het productieproces Werken met verschillende meetmiddelen, zoals schuifmaten, micrometers en hoogtemeters Werken met en eventueel programmeren van 3D-meetmachines (CMM) Vastleggen en rapporteren van meetresultaten Signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen Bespreken van meetresultaten en afwijkingen met CNC-verspaners, werkvoorbereiding en kwaliteit Functie-eisen Een technische MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Technicus Engineering, Metaaltechniek of Verspaningstechniek.
