Meewerkend Floormanager gezocht voor onze Brewpub in Tilburg 38 uur werken in 4 dagen | Elke zondag en maandag vrij + 1 vaste vrije dag Ben jij een ervaren horecamedewerker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, een team aanstuurt én zelf lekker meewerkt op de vloer? Voor onze brewpub in de Spoorzone van Tilburg zoeken we een Meewerkend Floormanager. Je staat het grootste deel van je tijd gewoon midden in de zaak. Je draait mee, houdt overzicht, stuurt je collega's aan en zorgt ervoor dat gasten een geweldige ervaring hebben. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om mee te denken over de planning, het bieraanbod, events en hoe we onze brewpub nog beter kunnen maken. Wat ga je doen? · Je geeft leiding aan het team tijdens je shift en werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer · Je houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles soepel loopt, ook als het druk is · Je maakt de roosters voor het team en zorgt voor een goede bezetting · Je regelt voorraad en bestellingen en denkt mee over onze bierkaart · Je organiseert reserveringen, groepen en kleine events · Je bedenkt samen met ons leuke acties en ideeën om ook op rustige dagen meer uit de zaak te halen Kortom: geen baan waarbij je de hele dag achter een bureau zit , maar een functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt én gewoon midden in de actie staat. Wie zoeken wij? Jij hebt al ervaring in de horeca en bent toe aan een volgende stap. Misschien werk je nu als eerste medewerker, shiftleader of heb je al leidinggevende ervaring. Verder: · Weet je hoe je een team op een natuurlijke manier aanstuurt · Werk je graag zelf mee en geef je het goede voorbeeld · Houd je van een dynamische horecaomgeving · Heb je gevoel voor gastvrijheid en kwaliteit · Heb je interesse in speciaalbier, of lijkt het je leuk om daar meer over te leren · Woon je in Tilburg of omgeving · Heb je Sociale Hygiëne?
