In deze veelzijdige en dynamische rol ben jij de motor achter de operationele processen op de werkvloer. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het coachen en begeleiden van jouw team zodat zij hun volledige potentieel kunnen benutten.
  • Het efficiënt beheren van de goederenontvangst en de expeditie van afgewerkte producten.
  • Grondig controleren van geleverde grondstoffen en verpakkingen om de productieprocessen te waarborgen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig klaarmaken en verpakken van bestellingen volgens klantafspraken.
  • Effectief stockbeheer toepassen volgens het FIFO-principe en tijdig signaleren van houdbaarheidsdata.
  • Onderhouden van directe communicatie met medewerkers en management om optimale samenwerking te bevorderen.
  • Zorgdragen voor het veilige en efficiënte gebruik van technisch materieel.

Voor deze rol zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat die aan de volgende vereisten voldoet:

  • Een Bachelor diploma of minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Essentiële ervaring in magazijnbeheer.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pré.
  • In het bezit van een reachtruck attest en relevante rijervaring.
  • Vaardig met Excel en ERP-systemen (bijvoorbeeld Quasydoc).
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Bereid om te werken in een koude werkomgeving (5 graden) en in een klein team.
  • Flexibel wat betreft werkuren: beschikbaar om te starten om 7u of 8u en bereid om extra uren te werken tijdens het drukke winterseizoen.
