The posting

Als meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke werk je voor 80% actief mee in het magazijn en besteed je 20% van je tijd aan administratieve en coördinerende taken. Je combineert operationeel werk met verantwoordelijkheid over een klein team.

Je staat in voor:

  • Ontvangst en controle van goederen volgens kwaliteitsnormen en correcte registratie in het ERP-systeem
  • Stockbeheer volgens het FIFO-principe en tijdige signalering van afwijkingen
  • Orderpicking en correcte verpakking volgens klantafspraken en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Efficiënt beheer van goederenreceptie en expeditie
  • Gebruik van scanners en intern transportmateriaal (reachtruck, transpallet, stapelaar)
  • Reiniging van werkplaats en materialen volgens hygiënevoorschriften

Als meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke:

  • Zorg je voor een efficiënte werk- en personeelsverdeling
  • Coach en begeleid je jouw team en stimuleer je samenwerking
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid op de werkvloer
  • Sta je in voor een vlotte communicatie met interne afdelingen en externe partners

Voor deze functie van meewerkend ploegverantwoordelijke zoeken we een kandidaat met:

  • Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in magazijnbeheer
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie (pluspunt)
  • Reachtruckattest en praktische rijervaring
  • Goede kennis van Excel en ERP-systemen (Quasydoc)
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende competenties:

  • Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden, stressbestendig en probleemoplossend
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Flexibel naar werkuren (start 7u/8u piekperiodes)
  • Bereid om te werken in een koude omgeving (±5°C)
