The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende producent van stalen constructies en opslagsystemen (regio Heusden-Zolder) zoeken we een hands-on Planner & Logistieke Lead in supply chain. Zoek jij een no-nonsense functie dicht bij de werkvloer? In deze operationele rol ben jij de dagelijkse spil tussen aankoop, magazijn, productie en transport. Je bereidt de planningen voor, duikt in de techniek van de producten en zorgt dat elke bestelling vlot door de fabriek rolt.

Functie

Als Planner sta je met beide voeten in de praktijk. Geen theoretische strategieën vanachter een bureau, maar wel dagelijks schakelen met de Operations Manager, de productie en projectmanagers om haalbare planningen op te stellen en ad-hoc wijzigingen op te vangen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productie- en transportplanning, het beheer van de materiaalstroom en de aansturing van het logistieke team.

In het kort:

  • Je bereidt de week- en dagplanningen voor, stemt capaciteiten af met productie en projectmanagers, en plant dringende orders vlot in.
  • Je beheert de materiaalbehoefte (MRP), controleert stuklijsten (BOM's) en stemt tarieven en levertermijnen af met leveranciers en transporteurs.
  • Je helpt mee met het praktisch inrollen en testen van onze nieuwe planningssoftware op de werkvloer.
  • Je stelt de dagelijkse prioriteiten voor de werkvloer en stuurt rechtstreeks een administratief bediende, de magazijnier en een logistiek operator aan.
  • Je volgt de gehele stroom op — van binnenkomende grondstoffen in het magazijn tot het uitgaande transport richting de klant

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring opgebouwd in een operationele rol binnen een productieomgeving (bijv. als productieplanner, logistiek coördinator of dispatcher).
  • Je bent analytisch, sterk met cijfers en Excel, denkt in oplossingen en bewaart de rust bij wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen, communiceert helder naar de productievloer én het management en weet een klein team enthousiast aan te sturen.
  • Grondige ervaring met ERP-systemen is essentieel.
