In deze functie combineer je het coachen van je eigen team met de dagelijkse operationele realiteit van het hinterlandtransport. Je bewaakt de efficiëntie van de containerflow via de binnenvaart en schakelt proactief met partners om doelstellingen te behalen.

  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt een operationeel team van 7 gemotiveerde medewerkers.
  • Je overziet en optimaliseert de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van de hinterlandtransporten.
  • Je bent de specialist op het gebied van lichtertransporten en stuurt bij waar de havenomgeving dat vraagt.
  • Je spot proactief knelpunten in de logistieke keten en implementeert gerichte verbeteringen.
  • Je fungeert als de centrale schakel tussen interne afdelingen en externe partners om processen te stroomlijnen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen de containerbusiness en bent goed bekend met hinterlandtransporten.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met lichters en de binnenvaart is voor deze functie een absolute must.
  • Je bent klaar voor een (eerste) stap in een leidinggevende rol, maar haalt evenveel energie uit het operationeel meewerken met je team.
