The posting

Je stuurt het productieteam dagelijks aan, bewaakt planning en kwaliteit en werkt vooral ook actief mee op de werkvloer. We maken maatwerk in keukenbladen, trappen en gevelbekleding. Jij zorgt er samen met je team voor dat de productie vlot, kwalitatief en volgens planning verloopt.

  • Je verdeelt het werk en zorgt voor een duidelijke organisatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning, kwaliteit en voortgang op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt actief mee en ondersteunt collega's bij technische of complexere opdrachten.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische en praktische vragen.
  • Je spreekt medewerkers aan op afspraken, kwaliteit, tempo en veiligheid.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en helpt hen de juiste werkmethodes aan te leren.
  • Je signaleert problemen, materiaaltekorten of vertragingen en zoekt mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en een goede organisatie van de productie.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch en praktisch inzicht en bent graag actief op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische productieomgeving; ervaring met natuursteen, keukenbladen, trappen of gevelbekleding is een plus.
  • Je kunt collega's duidelijk aansturen en durft hen aan te spreken.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, kwaliteitsgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, schakelt vlot en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking.
  • Een technische opleiding is mooi meegenomen, maar praktische ervaring en vakkennis zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Ervaring als ploegbaas, teamleader of meewerkend verantwoordelijke is een plus.
  • Een eerste ervaring met CNC-zagen, CNC-frezen, Aquajet, rolbrug en kantenschuurder zijn een grote meerwaarde. Ook een basiskennis mechanica en heftruckattest zijn een troef.
