Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een ervaren teamlead die een klein team van sales coördinatoren zal aansturen, verder werk je ook actief mee als sales coördinator voor de Franstalige markt. Je neemt ook een actieve sleutelrol in onze digitale transitie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

1. Operationele rol (±50%)

Je blijft actief betrokken in het volledige orderproces (order to cash) en fungeert als meewerkende spil binnen het team:

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat orders en acties administratief correct verlopen en dat alle betrokken partijen altijd beschikken over de juiste en actuele informatie.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor een Franse klant en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt, foutloos en klantgericht verlopen.
  • Waarborgen van een vlot, correct en klantgericht proces
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en opportuniteiten in de werking

2. Leidinggeven (±50%)

Je stuurt het team van sales coördinatoren aan en zorgt voor structuur, duidelijkheid en groei:

  • Dagelijkse aansturing en coaching van het team
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en workload verdelen
  • Medewerkers begeleiden, aanspreken en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, deadlines en teamdoelstellingen
  • Meebouwen aan een sterke en performante backoffice
  • Je bent iemand die stevig in de schoenen staat, die beslissingen durft te nemen en om kan met weerstand.

3. Meewerken aan de ERP-migratie en procesoptimalisatie

Je werkt mee aan de ERP-implementatie:

  • Actief deelnemen aan workshops en implementatietraject
  • Testen van nieuwe processen en functionaliteiten
  • Vertalen van businessnoden naar werkbare oplossingen
  • Begeleiden en opleiden van collega's in het nieuwe systeem
  • Bachelor diploma in een relevante richting (bijv. Office Management, Bedrijfsmanagement, Logistiek, Supply Chain, Handelswetenschappen) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimum 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een administratieve of coördinerende functie binnen een handels-, logistieke of supply chain omgeving
  • Je neemt een volwaardige teamleadrol op en stuurt het team dagelijks aan, je rapporteert aan de back-office manager. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring.
  • Je werkt graag mee aan de ERP-implementatie (test, optimalisatie, training)
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en nauwkeurig
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans op professioneel niveau (dit is een absolute must), je kan ook je plan trekken in het Engels
