- | Meewerkend Teamleider Digitale Herstelacademie - GGZ NHN De Digitale Herstelacademie is volop in ontwikkeling. Wat begon als een project, groeit uit tot een volwaardig onderdeel van onze Herstelacademie. Als meewerkend teamleider geef je leiding aan een klein team van ervaringsdeskundigen én werk je zelf mee. Zo combineer je jouw ervaring als ervaringsdeskundige met leiderschap en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ervaringskennis binnen de GGZ. Deze vacature is voor 16 uur per week. Waar ga je werken? De Herstelacademie biedt cliënten en hun naasten een plek om vanuit ervaringskennis te werken aan herstel, eigen regie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Er worden onder andere cursussen, trainingen en andere activiteiten aangeboden. Ervaringsdeskundigen geven geen adviezen over wat iemand zou moeten doen maar delen vanuit hun eigen ervaring en laten zien dat herstel voor iedereen een eigen weg is. Zo bieden zij herkenning, hoop en helpen ze cliënten om stap voor stap de regie over hun eigen herstel terug te pakken. GGZ NHN heeft vier herstelacademies op locatie in Alkmaar, Schagen, Den Helder en Hoorn. Daarnaast is er de Digitale Herstelacademie, waar deelnemers online gebruik kunnen maken van het aanbod. Voor de vier locaties zijn al teamleiders werkzaam. Voor de Digitale Herstelacademie zoeken we nu de eerste teamleider. Je geeft leiding aan een klein team van ongeveer vijf ervaringsdeskundigen en werkt nauw samen met de andere teamleiders en de manager van de Herstelacademie. De Digitale Herstelacademie staat nog aan het begin van haar ontwikkeling en dat biedt kansen. Je krijgt de vrijheid om mee te denken over hoe het team werkt, hoe jullie online samenwerken en hoe het aanbod verder kan groeien. Wat ga je doen?
