- Meewerkend terreinchef - 40 uur - 2910 - 3120 - Winschoten Functieomschrijving Pak de leiding, start de heftruck en zorg dat alles op het terrein gesmeerd loopt. Voor een productiebedrijf in de omgeving van Winschoten zoeken wij een meewerkend terreinchef die niet alleen goed is in vertellen wat er moet gebeuren, maar vooral ook graag zelf aan de slag gaat. Op het terrein is het dagelijks een gezellige drukte. Heftrucks rijden af en aan, vrachtwagens wachten op hun lading en materialen moeten precies op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staan. Dat vraagt om iemand die het hoofd koel houdt, ook wanneer de rest van het terrein op volle toeren draait. En daar kom jij in beeld. Jij weet precies wat er moet gebeuren, verdeelt het werk onder je collega's en houdt ondertussen een scherp oog op de voorraad. Loopt iets anders dan gepland, dan schakel je snel. En zodra het nodig is, klim je zelf op de heftruck om een handje mee te helpen. Want leidinggeven vanaf een bureaustoel is leuk, maar daar verplaats je geen pallets mee. Dit ga je doen - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de heftruckchauffeurs op het terrein. - Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bepaalt wat als eerste moet gebeuren. - Je houdt de voorraad bij en zorgt dat alles netjes geregistreerd staat. - Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen op tijd worden verplaatst en klaargezet. - Je signaleert problemen en lost deze op voordat ze groter worden. - Je springt zelf regelmatig op de heftruck om mee te werken. - Je overlegt met collega's van de logistieke afdeling en binnendienst. - Je bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op het terrein. Kortom, jij houdt alle ballen in de lucht. Gelukkig hoef je dat niet letterlijk te doen, want met al die pallets wordt dat een behoorlijk zware circusact.
