Of je hebt - minimaal 5 jaar - ervaring in de bouw. weet wat er moet gebeuren om bouwkundige projecten tot een succes te maken. kunt projecten begeleiden. spreekt en schrijft soepel in het Nederlands. bent praktisch ingesteld en niet onder de indruk van stevige drukte zo nu en dan. Jij weet van aanpakken en steekt je handen uit de mouwen waar nodig. hebt alleen respect voor deadlines en mensen die enger zijn dan jij. werkt het liefst met leuke collega's die net zo veel plezier in hun werk willen hebben als jij. Wij zoeken iemand voor een 32 of 40-urige werkweek. geven je 25 vakantiedagen, 15 atv-dagen en 3 kortverzuimdagen per kalenderjaar. Even op adem komen en doorrrr… helpen je met plezier om te leren en door te groeien. Bijvoorbeeld via onze Caspar de Haan Academy. regelen een bus van de zaak voor je. Plus een laptop, smartphone, tablet en wat je nog meer nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te kunnen voeren. doen ons stinkende best om ervoor te zorgen dat je met plezier bij ons werkt. Eigenlijk zouden we jouw toekomstige functie 'eindbaas woonplezier' moeten noemen. Dat zit zo: als wij een woning onderhouden willen we dat bewoner er daarna nog meer plezier van hebben. Als meewerkend uitvoerder mutatie onderhoud ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op zulke projecten. Verder geen druk. Jij bent de man of vrouw die alles op de rit en binnen budget houdt. En degene die de belangen van de bewoners vertegenwoordigt. Samen lekker werken Je werkt in onbewoonde en bewoonde woningen in de regio Venlo. Je onderhoudt contact met de bewoners en je schakelt met een klein, maar o zo professioneel team. Dat bestaat uit een teammanager, projectcoördinatoren, voormannen en allround timmerlieden. Op een werkdag kun je het ene moment op de bouwlocatie bezig zijn en dan weer...
