De sfeer binnen het bedrijf is nuchter en collegiaal. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar collega's staan ook voor elkaar klaar. Samen lever je zichtbaar vakwerk af waar je trots op kunt zijn. Functieomschrijving Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de werkvloer. Je houdt overzicht, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee aan het conserveren, reinigen en spuiten van schepen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, mede-voormannen en onderaannemers en schakelt nauw met de Operations Manager over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van collega's op de werkvloer; - Verdelen en bewaken van de dagelijkse planning; - Actief meewerken aan conserverings- en spuitwerkzaamheden; - Controleren van kwaliteit, voortgang en veiligheid; - Toezien op correct gebruik van gereedschappen en machines; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in oplossingen; - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving.
