Als teamleider schilder stuur je jouw collega's aan en werk je actief mee aan verschillende schilderprojecten. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke planning, houdt de kwaliteit in de gaten en helpt jouw team om ieder project goed af te ronden. Als teamleider schilder start je de dag met jouw collega's. Je bespreekt wat er moet gebeuren, verdeelt de taken en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Daarna ga je samen aan de slag. Je werkt zelf mee aan schilderwerk en onderhoud, terwijl je het overzicht houdt over de werkzaamheden. Tijdens het werk ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team. Je beantwoordt vragen, ondersteunt collega's en hebt contact met klanten. Ook controleer je of het werk veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Zie je dat iets beter of slimmer kan? Dan denk je mee over een passende oplossing. Met jouw ervaring en begeleiding zorg je dat het team prettig samenwerkt en projecten netjes en op tijd worden opgeleverd. Je werkzaamheden zijn: • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team schilders. • Plannen en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. • Zelf meewerken aan schilderwerk en onderhoud. • Controleren van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van projecten.
