meewerkend voorman DORDRECHT Dit ga je doen Als Meewerkend Voorman Montage ben jij dé schakel tussen de montagelijn en het productieteam. Ongeveer 60% van jouw tijd werk je zelf actief mee aan de montage van technische producten. Je weet precies wat er speelt op de vloer en ondersteunt de teamleider waar nodig. Jij spreekt collega's aan op het behalen van de targets en zorgt dat alles zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt. Daarnaast registreer je productieactiviteiten in het ERP/CRM systeem en werk je met Excel voor het maken en bijhouden van draaitabellen. Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving en je houdt ervan om overzicht te creëren. Op dit moment werk je in dagdienst, maar op termijn kan het zijn dat je in twee ploegendiensten werkt: een dag- en een middag/avonddienst. Zie jij jezelf al helemaal in deze rol?
