Van jou - Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek; - Ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving, waarbij je collega's hebt aangestuurd of klaar bent voor deze stap; - Ervaring met de heftruck en reachtruck; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Bereidheid om flexibel te werken in ploegendiensten tussen 05:00 en 22:00 uur. Je combineert leidinggeven met meewerken en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke operatie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Dit is geen functie waarin je de hele dag achter een computer zit. Jij bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, verdeelt het werk, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en springt zelf bij op de hef- of reachtruck.
