The posting

Als Meewerkend Voorman Crossdock ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse logistieke operatie. Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en ondersteunt de Teamleider bij het aansturen van het team. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat laad-, los- en overslagwerkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt verlopen.

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, houdt overzicht en springt direct bij wanneer dat nodig is. Zo zorg jij samen met jouw collega's voor een soepel draaiend Crossdock.

Jouw werkzaamheden

- Actief meewerken op het Crossdock; - Collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen tijdens de dienst; - Werkzaamheden verdelen en de voortgang bewaken; - Laden, lossen en verplaatsen van goederen; - Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten; - Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en HACCP-richtlijnen; - Ondersteunen van de Teamleider bij het behalen van de dagelijkse doelstellingen.

Werktijden

Je werkt in een vaste middag-/avonddienst:

- Maandag t/m vrijdag van 13:00 tot 22:00 uur; - Eén keer per twee weken werk je op zaterdagochtend.

Je bent een aanpakker die graag overzicht houdt en collega's op een positieve manier weet aan te sturen. Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om zelf mee te werken en voelt je thuis in een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Daarnaast breng je mee:

- Werkervaring binnen de logistiek of een Crossdockomgeving;

- Affiniteit met het begeleiden en motiveren van collega's;

- Ervaring met laden en lossen met een EPT en/of heftruck;

- Een heftruckcertificaat of de bereidheid dit te behalen;

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte instelling;

- Ervaring met rangeren is mooi meegenomen, of je bent bereid dit te leren.
