Als meewerkend voorman werk je mee in het productieproces en stuur je tegelijkertijd een team aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de productielijn, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt behaald. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving binnen de foodsector, waar kwaliteit, hygiëne en samenwerking centraal staan. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een gekoelde omgeving van ongeveer 7 graden. Je werkt in dagdienst van 07.00 tot 16.15 uur. Eén keer per maand werk je op zaterdag tot 14.00 uur. Naast het bedienen en ombouwen van machines, signaleer je storingen voordat ze problemen veroorzaken en stuur je collega's aan waar nodig. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, denkt vooruit en weet het overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer het druk is. Als meewerkend voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's op de productielijn; - Het ombouwen, instellen en bedienen van productiemachines; - Het signaleren, oplossen en voorkomen van storingen; - Het bewaken van de productieplanning, kwaliteit en hygiëne; - Het meewerken in het productieproces en het verbeteren van de werkzaamheden. Wij bieden: - Salaris tussen de € 2.800,- en € 3.300,- bruto per maand op basis van kennis en ervaring; - De mogelijkheid jezelf te ontwikkelen door het volgen van cursussen en opleidingen; - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij de opdrachtgever; - Werken in een familiebedrijf met korte lijnen; - Mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een leidinggevende. Wij vragen: - Ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving; - Affiniteit met de food- of vleessector; - Je spreekt Nederlands en beheerst bij voorkeur ook de Engelse en Duitse taal; - Je hebt leidinggevende ambities en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht.
