Meewerkend voorman groen Salaris: €2.875- €4.065 Uren: 36 - 36 Sluitingsdatum: Kun jij een ploeg aansturen binnen het groenonderhoud en heb je zelf ook al enkele jaren ervaring in de groenvoorziening? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou voor de functie meewerkend voorman groen in Leidschendam! Werk jij straks hier? Werken voor Stadsbeheer is werken voor een van de meest diverse afdelingen binnen de gemeente. Hier verander je op een creatieve, veilige en duurzame manier de buitenruimte. Zowel boven als onder de grond. We steken de handen uit de mouwen, hebben aandacht voor ecologisch onderhoud, analyseren verkeersdata en werken aan projecten waarbij we binnen een paar jaar de omgeving veranderen. Kortom, een afdeling vol daadkracht en dynamiek. Hoe ziet je dag er uit? Je start de dag vroeg in de ochtend met jouw ploeg van ongeveer 6 medewerkers. Je hebt de binnengekomen meldingen (over snoeien, onkruid of beplanting) bekeken en je geeft bij jouw wijkteam aan welke werkzaamheden op de planning staan. Gezamenlijk rijden jullie de wijken in. Halverwege de ochtend verzamelen alle wijkteams zich op de werf voor een korte pauze, waarna je samen met jouw team in de wijken weer aan de slag gaat. Er wordt geschoffeld, gesnoeid en geknipt vanuit ecologisch oogpunt. Dan is het tijd voor de lunch en dit doe je aan de werf. Gedurende de dag houd je de meldingen in de gaten en handel je deze af. Je hebt een overleg met jouw collega voormannen waarna je wordt gebeld om te helpen om een van onze struiken op de juiste manier te snoeien. Aan het eind van de dag kijk je tevreden terug, omdat je wijk er netjes bij staat. Jij en jouw team hebben de gemeente weer een stukje mooier gemaakt.
