Onze opdrachtgever ontwikkelt en produceert warmtewisselaars en thermische oplossingen voor industriële toepassingen. Met hun producten dragen zij wereldwijd bij aan energie-efficiënte en duurzame processenWat ga je doen?

Als Meewerkend Voorman Productie ben je de rechterhand van de Productieleider. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse organisatie van de productie, bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden en zorgt dat materialen, planning en uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluiten. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee op de werkvloer. Je komt te werken in een twee ploegensysteem. Wat ga je doen? • Medewerkers instrueren, begeleiden en motiveren • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor vragen en problemen binnen de productie • Afstemmen met de Manager Manufacturing • Zorgdragen voor een schone, ordelijke en veilige werkplek • Nieuwe medewerkers inwerken en begeleiden • Zelf actief meewerken in de productie • Voorbeeldgedrag tonen op het gebied van werkhouding, kwaliteit en veiligheid Kort samengevat: je bent de schakel tussen de werkvloer en de leidinggevende. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de medewerkers weten wat er moet gebeuren, hoe dit uitgevoerd moet worden en dat het werk veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd Wat vragen wij van jou?
