Omschrijving Voor een ervaren en nuchter bedrijf in de sloop- en renovatiewereld zoeken wij een meewerkend voorman sloopwerken. Geen functie waarbij je de hele dag vanaf de zijlijn aanwijzingen geeft. Jij staat gewoon tussen je collega's op de bouwplaats en werkt zelf net zo hard mee. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een ploeg van ongeveer 3 tot 10 medewerkers. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Dan wacht jij niet af, maar regel je het. Als meewerkend voorman sloopwerken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een goede voortgang van het project. Veilig werken staat daarbij altijd voorop. Je houdt in de gaten of het juiste materieel aanwezig is, bewaakt de planning en bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van de medewerkers op de slooplocatie; - Zelf actief meewerken aan de sloopwerkzaamheden; - Bepalen van een praktische en efficiënte werkwijze; - Verdelen van mensen, machines, materialen en gereedschappen; - Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang; - Bijhouden van de benodigde projectadministratie; - Vastleggen van meer- en minderwerk; - Op tijd bestellen van materieel en gereedschappen; - Contact houden met opdrachtgevers, collega's en de interne organisatie.
