Vind je het een uitdaging om een hotel van top tot teen te leren kennen - nog vóór de eerste gast arriveert? Dan is dit jouw kans: wij zoeken een Meewerkend Voorman Technische Dienst voor het nieuwe Valk Exclusief Hotel Rotterdam de Maas. Een unieke functie waarin je vanaf de bouwfase al betrokken bent en de technische spil wordt van een spectaculair hotel aan de Maas. Beschrijving Waar ga je werken? In 2028 opent Valk Exclusief een imposant hotel aan de Maas, met een adembenemend uitzicht. Vlakbij het centrum verrijst een modern hotel met maar liefst 295 luxe kamers, suites, een zwembad, wellness, fitness én een restaurant en bar op de bovenste verdieping. Als Meewerkend Voorman Technische Dienst word jij vanaf de bouwfase al betrokken, zodat je het gebouw straks van binnen en buiten kent. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat en veiligheid van het hele hotel. In de opstartfase werk je nauw samen met bouwpartners en ontwikkelaars. Na de opening stuur je een klein technisch team aan en werk je actief mee aan het onderhoud. Je gaat onder andere: - Technische zaken tijdens de bouwfase begeleiden en nauwkeurig monitoren. - Onderhoudsplannen opstellen en preventieve controles uitvoeren. - Een technisch team van 2 medewerkers aansturen en begeleiden. - Dagelijks onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren en coördineren. - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, arbo- en milieuregels. - Actief contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe monteurs. - Meedenken over energiebesparing, duurzaamheid en efficiënte processen.
