Je werkt zorgvuldig, communiceert helder en weet mensen mee te nemen in de uitvoering. - Mbo-opleiding in de richting bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar niveau. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in uitvoering, onderhoud of utiliteit. - Praktische technische kennis en de vaardigheid om snel te schakelen. - Een kwaliteitsgerichte en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken. - Woonachtig in de omgeving van Delft en beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
