Je zorgt ervoor dat utiliteitsgebouwen veilig, netjes en toekomstbestendig blijven. Wat ga je doen?Als Meewerkend Voorman Utiliteit werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op locatie en houdt overzicht over de werkzaamheden. Daarbij stuur je collega’s en onderaannemers aan en zorg je dat de planning goed wordt gevolgd. Je beoordeelt technische situaties, bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Ook houd je toezicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en het juiste gebruik van materialen en gereedschappen. Daarnaast stem je werkzaamheden af met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en projectmanager. Je denkt actief mee over slimmer onderhoud en signaleert verbeterpunten op de werkplek. In deze rol combineer je bouwkundige kennis met praktische uitvoering en aansturing. Je werkt aan utiliteitsprojecten met maatschappelijk belang, waarbij vakmanschap, onderhoud en service centraal staan. Door jouw ervaring verlopen projecten efficiënt en blijft de werkomgeving veilig en representatief. Jouw werkzaamheden - Aansturen van vakmensen, leveranciers en onderaannemers op locatie; - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en renovatiewerkzaamheden binnen de utiliteitsbouw; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid op de werkplek; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met projectleider, werkvoorbereider en projectmanager; - Controleren van technische situaties en beoordelen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen, materialen en materieel; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan duurzamer onderhoud; - Toezien op een nette, veilige en representatieve werkomgeving Wat heb jij in huis? - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting bouwkunde; - Ervaring in een uitvoerende en aansturende fu.
