Als Teamleider Logistiek - Meewerkend Voorman/-vrouw ben jij dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je motiveert collega's, bewaakt de voortgang en springt zelf bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw inzet ontvangen onze klanten iedere dag hun bestelling op tijd en volgens onze belofte: "Hartelijk geleverd!" Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer stuur je het logistiek team aan, de andere keer help je mee in het magazijn of los je een operationele uitdaging op. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het dagelijks begeleiden en aansturen van logistieke medewerkers en chauffeurs. - Meedenken in de personeels- en transportplanning. - Bewaken van de voortang van het logistieke proces. - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkvloer. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen de operatie. - Contact onderhouden met collega's van andere afdelingen om processen goed af te stemmen. - Medewerkers coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling. - Actief meewerken in het magazijn zodat je weet wat er speelt op de werkvloer.
