Meewerkend voorman wasinstallatie - Locatie: Eemshaven - Uren per week: 37,5 uur Naam: Willemijn Doornbos E-mail:[email protected] Bij Theo Pouw zijn we constant bezig om met innovatieve technieken, duurzame oplossingen en vakmanschap afvalstoffen te transformeren tot hoogwaardige nieuwe grondstoffen. We zijn voortdurend in ontwikkeling en voor onze nieuwgebouwde zandwasinstallatie zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend voorman. In de functie van voorman zandwasinstallatie krijg je afwisselende taken waarbij je zowel collega's aanstuurt als het proces bewaakt om te zorgen dat kwaliteit en kwantiteit worden gewaarborgd. Wat ga je doen? Jij houdt overzicht op de werkvloer en stuurt bij waar nodig. Naast de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse productie van de zandwasinstallatie, borg en plan jij ook het onderhoud van de installatie in samenspraak met de technische dienst. Als meewerkend voorman werk je mee met de ploeg. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Dagelijkse aansturing van de medewerkers en het productieproces; - Opstellen van de productieplanning; - Het schoonhouden van de installatie; - Werkprocedures opzetten, up-to-date houden en zorgen voor naleving; - Het analyseren en opsporen van storingen en het voorbereiden en opstellen van voorstellen ter verbetering van de installatie en de deelstromen. Je zult komen te werken in een 2-ploegendienst. Je werktijden zijn de ene week van maandag t/m vrijdag van 06:00-15:00 en de andere week van maandag t/m vrijdag van 15:00-23:00. Wat vragen wij? Je bent proactief en hebt het organiserend vermogen om de verschillende taken in goede banen te begeleiden. Daarnaast kan je samenwerken met collega's om de gewenste resultaten te bereiken. Ook breng je mee: - MTS-opleiding of vergelijkbare praktijkervaring; - 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - In het bezit van diploma VOL-VCA of bereid deze te behalen; - In het bezit van de certificaten: Veilig werken met de Hoogwerker...
