Je ziet snel wat er speelt en handelt direct. Op de alarmcentrale in Apeldoorn volg jij beveiligingsmeldingen op. Je kijkt live mee op camerabeelden en bepaalt wat er aan de hand is. Is het nodig, dan schakel je direct hulpdiensten of surveillanten in. Je werkt snel en nauwkeurig. Zo zie je risico's op tijd en voorkom je incidenten. Zo ziet je werk eruit: - Alarmmeldingen bekijken en afhandelen - Camerabeelden beoordelen en de situatie inschatten - Politie, hulpdiensten of surveillanten inschakelen - Incidenten vastleggen en er rapportages over maken - Meedenken over hoe processen beter kunnen De meldkamer is 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week bezet. Daarom werk je in wisselende diensten: - 07:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 23:00 - 23:00 - 07:00 De meeste diensten vallen in de avond, de nacht en het weekend. Daar staan onregelmatigheidstoeslagen tegenover.

Op de meldkamer komen soms meerdere meldingen tegelijk binnen en kies je snel wat je doet. Dit breng je daarom mee: - Een beveiligingsdiploma en bij voorkeur ervaring in de beveiliging - Rust onder druk en de durf om snel een beslissing te nemen - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het vermogen om snel te zien wat er op camerabeelden gebeurt - De bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk
