Als menger ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig samenstellen van deeg en vullingen, volledig volgens vastgestelde recepten en strikte kwaliteitsnormen. Jij begrijpt hoe belangrijk consistentie is: elke batch moet kloppen in smaak, structuur en kwaliteit. Met jouw vakmanschap en oog voor detail lever je producten waar we elke dag op kunnen vertrouwen. Je bedient en bewaakt het volledige mengproces van begin tot eind. Daarbij weeg je grondstoffen zorgvuldig af, stel je de mengcomputer correct in en selecteer je de juiste programma's. Tijdens het proces houd je continu toezicht en grijp je in wanneer dat nodig is, zodat de kwaliteit altijd constant blijft. Daarnaast voer je doorlopend controles uit om te waarborgen dat alles volgens specificatie verloopt. Je beoordeelt onder andere kleur en structuur van het deeg of de vulling, voert metingen uit en legt alle resultaten nauwkeurig vast. Zo garandeer je dat ieder product voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden.
