Dan is deze rol als Merchandise Planner bij MS Mode iets voor jou! Als Merchandise Planner speel je een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van onze voorraad en verkoopprestaties. Samen met collega's van Buying, Allocatie en Sales zorg je ervoor dat de juiste producten in de juiste hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn. Je krijgt de kans om te leren en te groeien binnen een dynamische retailomgeving, waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over één of meerdere productcategorieën . Wat ga je doen? - Voorraadplanning & optimalisatie: Je houdt voorraadniveaus in de gaten en zorgt voor de juiste balans tussen beschikbaarheid en efficiënt voorraadbeheer; - Data-analyse & forecasting: Je analyseert verkoopprestaties en trends om beslissingen te onderbouwen en voorraadstrategieën te verbeteren; - Samenwerking met Buying & Allocatie: Je werkt nauw samen met inkopers om de juiste producten in te kopen en af te stemmen op commerciële doelstellingen; - Ondersteuning bij prijs- en promotiestrategieën: Je draagt bij aan prijsstelling, afprijzingen en promotievoorstellen om omzet en marge te optimaliseren; - Performance monitoring: Je houdt de verkoop- en voorraadcijfers bij en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties; - Ontwikkeling en groei: Je leert stap voor stap hoe je strategische keuzes maakt op basis van data en wordt steeds meer betrokken bij de planning en optimalisatieprocessen.
