Als MES Engineer beheer en verbeter je Werum PAS-X binnen de steriele productie van een farmaceutische producent in Haarlem. Je combineert dagelijkse ondersteuning op de werkvloer met het optimaliseren van batch-ontwerpen en het vormgeven van de transitie naar een volledig elektronisch Batch Manufacturing Record (e-BMR). Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen van operators en super-users bij MES-storingen en gebruikersvragen op de werkvloer - Configureren, testen en vrijgeven van PAS-X Master Batch Records en workflows volgens GMP - Verbeteren van batch-ontwerpen voor hogere first-time-right prestaties en betere data-integriteit - Vertalen van productie- en QA-eisen naar schaalbare PAS-X-oplossingen en bijdragen aan de e-BMR-roadmap - Borgen van de integratie tussen PAS-X en SAP voor materialen, orders, equipment en logistiek - Leiden van onderzoeken naar MES-afwijkingen en implementeren van CAPA’s - Ondersteunen van audit readiness en compliance met 21 CFR Part 11 en EU Annex 11 Functie-eisen - Je hebt een bachelor in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar MES-ervaring binnen GMP-gereguleerde farmaceutische productie, bij voorkeur steriele productie - Je hebt diepgaande hands-on ervaring met Werum PAS-X en logistieke integratie met SAP - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met real-time MES-troubleshooting en gebruikerssupport - Je kent GMP, data-integriteit, elektronische records en CSV-validatie - Je communiceert helder en verbindt operations met digitale teams - Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; kennis van Nederlands is een pré Aanbod - Salaris afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden - Bonusregeling op basis van persoonlijke en bedrijfsresultaten - 25 vakantiedagen en een Personal Choice Budget van 11,5 dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband - 9 weken volledig betaald ouderschapsverlof - Uitgebreid pensioenplan met arbeidsongeschiktheids-, partner- en wezenverzekering - Wellbeing-regelingen, waaronder een fietsplan e.
