Als Metaalbewerker Railbouw werk je in een moderne productieomgeving aan metalen rails voor trapliften. Je leert verschillende bewerkingstechnieken, zoals buigen, zagen, boren, lassen en monteren. Je begint met een aantal vaste werkzaamheden en leert het vak stap voor stap verder. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste! ✓ Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.100 tot € 3.800, afhankelijk van je ervaring✓ Fulltime werken in een 2-ploegendienst, met kans op een bedrijfswagen✓ 38 vakantiedagen, interne opleidingen en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden wat ga je doen? Als Metaalbewerker Railbouw werk je aan de productie van rails voor trapliften die bij klanten thuis worden geplaatst. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de rails nauwkeurig worden gemaakt en voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Buigen van metalen buizen met behulp van moderne buigmachines - Monteren van onderdelen op de rails, zoals heugels en bevestigingsmaterialen - Uitvoeren van puntlaswerkzaamheden met TIG en ondersteunen bij robotlassen - Handmatig lassen met MIG/MAG bij specifieke toepassingen - Bewerken van metalen onderdelen door te zagen, boren en ponsen - Controleren van je eigen werk en zorgen voor een nette afwerking - Samenwerken met collega's aan rails op maat voor verschillende trapliften - Leren van nieuwe bewerkingstechnieken en doorgroeien naar andere werkzaamheden binnen de railafdeling Waar kom je te werken?
