* Du verstärkst unser Fertigungsteam und arbeitest mit Maschinen zur Verarbeitung von Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen.

* Du bedienst und überwachst Anlagen und Produktionsmaschinen. Die eigenständige Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen gehört ebenso zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

* Du führst exakte Rüstvorgänge durch, richtest Maschinen ein und stellst Produktionsparameter nach technischen Vorgaben ein.

* Du bringst Dich aktiv in unseren kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess ein und hilfst dabei, Produktionsabläufe noch effizienter und nachhaltiger zu gestalten.

* Du unterstützt bei Wartung, Instandhaltung und Pflege unserer Anlagen.

* Du bist bereit, in Drei- oder Vierschicht zu arbeiten - auch mal am Wochenende, wenn's drauf ankommt.

Dein Potenzial

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallfacharbeiter*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Berufserfahrung in der Metall- oder Kupferverarbeitung.

* Du beherrschst den Umgang mit Fertigungszeichnungen, Messmitteln und modernen Bearbeitungsverfahren und arbeitest präzise, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert.

* Du denkst mit, arbeitest selbstständig und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv ein.
