Für ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Lebensmittelbereich am Standort 4653 Eberstalzell suchen wir eine erfahrene Metzger:in / Zerleger:in zur Verstärkung des Produktionsteams.

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachgerechtes Schlachten und Zerlegen von Rindern und Schweinen

* Präzises Zerlegen und Zuschneiden von Fleischteilen für die weitere Verarbeitung

* Vorbereitung der Fleischteile für Produktion und Weiterverarbeitung

* Einhaltung der Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Schlacht- und Zerlegebereich

* Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer:in / Metzger:in (LAP)

* Berufserfahrung im Schlachten und Zerlegen

* Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse in der Fleischzerlegung

* Selbstständige, präzise und hygienebewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutsch zur internen Kommunikation

* Führerschein B mit einem eigenem PKW
