Bij Brabant Water krijg je als Microsoft 365 / TOPdesk Beheerder de ruimte om systemen niet alleen goed te beheren, maar ook actief te verbeteren. Dit ga je doen Als Microsoft 365 / Top desk Beheerder werk je binnen het IT Servicecentrum van Brabant Water. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze digitale werkplek en ondersteunende IT-processen betrouwbaar, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk zijn ingericht. Je houdt je bezig met het dagelijks beheer en de doorontwikkeling van onze Microsoft 365-omgeving. Daarbij werk je onder andere met Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, het Power platform en andere onderdelen van het Microsoft 365-platform. Je volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen Microsoft 365 en kijkt samen met collega's welke mogelijkheden waarde toevoegen voor Brabant Water. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheer en de verdere inrichting van TOPdesk. Je helpt processen slimmer in te richten, ondersteunt gebruikers en beheerders en zorgt ervoor dat TOPdesk goed blijft aansluiten bij onze manier van werken. Je hebt veel contact met collega's binnen IT en met gebruikers uit de rest van de organisatie. Hierdoor bestaat je werk uit een mooie combinatie van techniek, beheer, verbeteren en samenwerken.
