Deine Aufgaben * Du entwickelst die unternehmensweite Workplace-Infrastruktur kontinuierlich weiter und stellst ihren zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher. * Du übernimmst die finale Betriebsverantwortung für die Microsoft-Serverlandschaft des Arbeitsplatzsystems. * Du konzipierst und betreibst die Serverseite einer Microsoft Client-/Server-Architektur. * Du arbeitest eng mit externen Partnern und Providern zusammen, um einen stabilen und sicheren Tagesbetrieb in ganz Österreich zu gewährleisten. * Du stimmst dich mit internen Organisationseinheiten ab, insbesondere in den Bereichen Security, Netzwerk und Backend-Systeme. * Du wirkst aktiv an der Modernisierung und strategischen Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Infrastruktur mit. * Du optimierst Betriebsprozesse kontinuierlich und sicherst die langfristige Kompatibilität der Systemarchitektur.

Das bringst du mit * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Design und Betrieb von Microsoft-Umgebungen mit Infrastrukturfokus für mehr als 2.000 Endgeräte. * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Administration, Modernisierung und Betriebsoptimierung von Microsoft-Umgebungen. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory und Microsoft Entra. * Erfahrung mit Scripting sowie Deployment-Lösungen. * Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen. * Praxis in der operativen Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleister:innen und Providern. * Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.
