The posting

Als MIG/MAG-lasser speel je een cruciale rol binnen ons team bij Breman Machinery. Je wordt betrokken bij het gehele proces, van de kickoff van projecten tot de uiteindelijke kwaliteitscontrole van de producten. Je werkt samen met de productiemanager en projectmanager om de bouwvolgorde en materiaalsoorten vast te stellen, en je begrijpt de WPS-en (lasdocumenten) die bepalen waaraan de werkstukken moeten voldoen. Je hebt de kans om te werken met diverse materialen en afmetingen, wat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Bij ons is kwaliteit van het grootste belang; daarom worden de werkstukken regelmatig gecontroleerd door zowel je collega’s als keuringsinstanties. Deze functie biedt je de mogelijkheid om je lasvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen in een omgeving die groei en ontwikkeling waardeert. Je hebt niet alleen een liefde voor het vak, maar ook de drive om het beste uit jezelf te halen, terwijl je werkt in een hecht team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Functie-inhoud - Je assembleert werkstukken volgens de vastgestelde WPS-en, waarbij je nauwkeurig let op de specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen. - Je werkt samen met collega’s en las-coördinatoren om ervoor te zorgen dat het lasproces vlekkeloos verloopt en de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft. - Je houdt toezicht op het lasproces en signaleert eventuele afwijkingen, zodat deze tijdig kunnen worden gecorrigeerd. - Je participeert in kwaliteitscontroles en zorgt ervoor dat de producten voldoen aan de eisen van de keuringsinstanties. - Je zorgt voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving, waarbij je de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht neemt.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt een MIG/MAG niveau 4 lasdiploma behaald en hebt relevante ervaring in de lastechniek. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, kennis van de Engelse taal is een pré. - Je bent in staat om technische tekeningen en WPS-en goed te begrijpen en toe te passen. - Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft naar een hoge kw
