Bij Van Halteren Technologies in Bunschoten-Spakenburg krijg je de kans om te werken als MIG/MAG-lasser aan hoogwaardige constructies die een directe impact hebben op de inzetbaarheid van Nederlandse militaire voertuigen. In deze uitdagende rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het lassen van specialistische materialen zoals pantserstaal en fijnkorrelig staal binnen unieke defensieprojecten. Je werkt in een stabiele organisatie met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en innovatie, waar je de mogelijkheid krijgt om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Samen met betrokken collega's ga je zelfstandig of in teamverband aan de slag, en draag je bij aan de toekomst van de metaalindustrie. De afwisseling in projecten en de nadruk op kwaliteitswerk maken deze functie bijzonder interessant voor vaktechnici die graag impact willen maken. Functie-inhoud - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het lassen van hoogwaardige constructies volgens technische tekeningen en lasprocedures, met een focus op kwaliteit. - Je last met pantserstaal en fijnkorrelig staal, waarbij je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige uitvoering en controle volgens de geldende toleranties. - Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met collega's aan sub-samenstellingen binnen uiteenlopende defensieprojecten, waarbij teamwork essentieel is. - Je controleert je werk visueel en voert regelmatig onderhoud uit aan je lasapparatuur om een optimale kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je start de week met een projectbriefing en sluit deze af met een moment van reflectie, inclusief een gezonde fruitsnack op vrijdag.

Functie-eisen - Minimaal een MBO 2 diploma in metaal- of lastechniek is vereist voor deze functie. - Je beschikt over minimaal één lascertificaat op NIL niveau 2 (MIG-MAG en/of TIG); niveau 3 is een pré. - Ervaring met meerlaagse hoeklassen en kennis van materiaalgroep 3 zijn essentieel voor succes in deze rol. - Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent in staat om tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren, wat cruciaal is voor de werkzaamheden. - Nauwke
